It’s North ships worldwide. Whether your piece is ready-to-wear or made-to-order, every delivery reflects our commitment to detail, timing, and trust.
Order Fulfillment
Pre-Made Items
Orders of in-stock items are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-orders are made upon purchase and ship within 2–4 weeks, as stated on the product page.
Mixed Orders
If your order includes both pre-made and pre-order items, all items will ship together when ready—unless otherwise arranged.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via USPS for both domestic and international orders.
Estimated Transit Times (Post-Dispatch):

U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

International Orders: 7–20 business days
Customs may extend delivery up to 30 business days depending on location and regulations.
Transit times do not include order processing or production.
Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
If your tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours of shipment, reach out to us at [insert support email].
Duties, Taxes & International Orders
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs fees. These are not included at checkout and must be paid upon delivery.
Customers are responsible for verifying and paying any such charges.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pay duties:

A reshipment fee will apply for any re-delivery

If the return costs exceed the item value, no refund or credit will be issued
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
Use a secure delivery location and monitor your tracking closely. Claims must be made directly with the shipping carrier.
